Recommendations vary greatly, based on your cat’s age, activity level and life stage. For adult cats, feed approximately 2-3 cans/pouches per day per 7 lbs. of body weight. For kittens, offer food several times a day, feed up to twice this amount.

Pregnant or nursing cats may require two to four times their normal feeding.

The amount to feed will vary based upon age, activity level, breed, size, and environment. Please use the feeding guidelines as an initial recommendation and adjust food amount as needed to maintain proper weight. Always provide access to clean, fresh water. Canned food should be changed at least twice daily in order to prevent spoilage.

Serve at room temperature, and refrigerate any unused portion.

5 out of 5 She loves it!

Our finicky cat ate her entire portion without hesitation. The only problem is none of our covers fit the canfor unused portion. I gave up and pt the can in a zip lock plastic bag.

My 16-year-old longhair adores this food enough to give up her junky dry food. Her favorite thing in the world used to be tuna juice, but she loves this just as much—especially mashed with hot water into soup. The extra moisture (plus bonus water) and pumpkin seem to be great for her digestion, and her fur is a bit glossier and fluffier, too. She’s happy and healthy, so I’m happy to keep buying it for her.

Can you clarify on the daily portions please? I am not clear. Should I give 1 can of 5.5 oz per 7lbs? Thank you.

Hello! For our 5.5 oz cans, you would feed approximately 1 – 1 1/2 can of food per 7 lb

5 out of 5 Kitty cocaine!

    BigRed

The very first time I fed this, the cat scarfed it down and screamed for more.. constantly.🙄Hence the nickname.. kitty cocaine. The current favorite is “tuna w pumpkin”, sometimes I even add water to make extra broth for the next portion and she loves that, too. Even the chihuahua begs for this .. but he is on a low fat diet.. no go.
