If you have a pet specialty retail store including grooming, nutritional, or veterinary care please fill out the form below and provide the full name of your company and the physical address. Once your location is reviewed, we will share your information with our Regional Tiki Pets Sales Manager.

We are not adding new eCommerce accounts. We have contracts in place with our distributors to only sell to Independent Pet Specialty retail stores, veterinary clinics, rescues, shelters, and grooming salons through our authorized regional distributor partners. While we understand that this is not the answer that you may have hoped for, we greatly appreciate your understanding and compliance in not selling our products on eCommerce platforms.
We take matters like these seriously and would like to look further into this occurrence. Please fill out the form below and provide the UPC number, the lot code, the best by date, and any photos you may have. We are happy to send this information to our quality and regulatory team to investigate further.

Due to the industry-wide impacts of the pandemic on the global supply chain, we are currently experiencing limited availability and significant delays for certain products in-store and online.
