For kittens, feed approximately 1 pouch per day per 1 lb. of body weight. The amount to feed will vary based upon age, activity level, breed, size, and environment. Please use the feeding guidelines as an initial recommendation and adjust food amount as needed to maintain proper weight. Always provide access to clean, fresh water. Wet food should be changed at least twice daily in order to prevent spoilage.

For the Tiki Kitten mouse, which is something like $20 for 12 pouches. I’m supposed to feed my 6-7 lb kitten 6-7 pouches a day, which would cost about $10 a day or $300 a month? My kitten loves this, but I’ve been feeding her only 2 pouches a day, plus 1/4th cup of kibble. Please advise.

I think this is my kitten’s favorite food, she eats it up so fast and always wants more. I love that chicken is the first ingredient and that it doesn’t have any bad stuff. I don’t follow the feeding guideline of one pouch per pound of body weight, instead I rotate different brands of kitten food for variety and because I can’t afford to feed this exclusively, even though I want to, so I only feed her one pouch of this a day and she has a different brand of food for her other meals. This food keeps my kitten happy and healthy so I really recommend it.

My kitten cannot eat anything with guar gum, which makes our choices VERY limited. She loves this Tiki Cat Kitten mousse, but I cannot find it in any stores, now. I don’t know what to do!

My kitten eats this for her sensitive stomach, and LOVES it, but I spend hours trying to find it. I’ve called all the stores in this site and no one has it because the distributor is out. Panicking now, because she only has a few packs left. PLEASE stock this in stores!

Did you reformulate? I have two cases of Kitten Mousse that look different, and the ingredient and caloric information has changed. Packaging on one says to feed kittens a 1/2 pouch per day per 1 lbs of body weight, and the packaging on the other says 1 pouch per day per 1 lbs. That’s a pretty big difference. Which is correct?

Is this product gluten free? I know some chicken broths contain wheat gluten and have been suggested to try a gluten free diet for my kitten that may have a gluten allergy/celiac’s.

I just gave this to my 9 week old. He’s been having ummm… #2 issues. I mixed this in with his regular food and this morning… solid! Yayyy for kitty and me. I will continue to mix this with his food as I cannot afford to feed it on its own and packets are really not good for the environment. Please, Tiki, come out with kitten food in cans!

I mix it with kibble, as there is no way that I can afford to feed them the mousse exclusively :). I usually give them 1/4 pouch with the kibble. They also really like the Tiki stixs.
I also give them small amounts of Tiki wet food (they like this less).

Hi! Any uneaten portion of the pouch should be refrigerated, where it will stay good for 2-3 days.

My cat Sparkles recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. She needs to take a pill twice a day. Tried pill pockets and it worked about a week. I do crush her pill and add to Tiki kitten and she eats it all. She needs to gain weight and the kitten formula helps with that.
